Refund policy
<RETURN POLICY>
-We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
-We accept returns. Returned items must be in the same condition for a full refund. However if the return reason is customer’s personal preference or the item condition is not the same as it was shipped, we might be only able to refund down to 10% - 50% of the original item price.
-All items are 100% guaranteed authenticity.If you decide to return the product as a fake, you will need to certify it by requesting repair at a regular store.
-We take photo carefully and try to show the true item. Kindly understand that the actual color of the item may be slightly different from what you see on pictures on different monitor.
-If you have any questions about the items, please be sure to contact us before purchasing.
★DAMAGES/ISSUES★
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
★REFUNDS★
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at dreamstorage.sp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

<CANCEL POLICY>
★CHANGE/CANCEL★
-If you want to change the product after ordering, you need to cancel the order once.(Please refrain from paying only the difference)
-Please note that cancellations after the product has been shipped will be treated as returns.Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any cancellations or changes after your order.
-Returns due to refusal of receipt will be refunded after deducting the round-trip shipping fee.Additional shipping charges will be required for reshipments.
