-We are based in Tokyo, Japan, our business times are 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, JST. Kindly understand that all the messages and orders during the weekend or Japan international holidays will be processed on the next business day. We are able to reply your email via English and Japanese.

-Please note that item condition is for the product itself, not for any extra included items or accessories such as dust bag or box. Extra included item's condition sometimes might be damaged or stained.

-Using our pictures without permission is prohibited and will be reported
